Adrian, Cowansville, Fox Hollow and Tarrtown areas of East Franklin Township are part of the Sanitary Sewerage System that is owned and operated by East Franklin Township.

Application & Agreement For Sanitary Sewer service:

All East Franklin Township Sewage Customers MUST complete an Application & Agreement for Sanitary Sewage Service form.  This form can be printed out and mailed to East Franklin Township, 106 Cherry Orchard Avenue, Kittanning, PA 16201 OR a form can be obtained at the Township Office Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, or Friday between the hours of 8am-3pm.  Any questions please call (724) 548-2310, ext. 3.

Application For document of Certification:

Any person selling or transferring improved and sewered real estate located within an area of the Township served by the Township operated sewage system, shall complete an Application for Document of Certification form prior to the closing or transfer.  This form can be printed out and mailed to East Franklin Township, 106 Cherry Orchard Avenue, Kittanning, PA 16201 OR a form can be obtained at the Township Office Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, or Friday between the hours of 8am-3pm.  Any questions please call (724) 548-2310, ext. 3.

Sewage Billing

All Adrian, Cowansville, Fox Hollow and Tarrtown sewage customers will pay and remit their sewage bills to East Franklin Township. Payment must be made in the form of cash, check, money order, credit card or auto debit pay.

The check or money order must be made payable to East Franklin Township and can be mailed to 106 Cherry Orchard Avenue, Kittanning, PA  16201 or paid at the Township building.

Credit Card payments must be made by calling the Township office at (724) 548-2310, ext. 3 or can be made at the Township building Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, or Friday between the hours of 8am-3pm.   THERE IS A SERVICE FEE FOR USING A CREDIT CARD.  Please click on "eNETPAY Service Fee Schedule" for more information.  The Township does NOT retain the service fee charge.  Hamer Enterprises, the company that created "eNETPAY," retains the service fee charge for their services of online Internet payment.

Auto Debit payments requires our customers to complete an "Authorization for Direct Payment" form.  There is no charge for using this service.
